【What You’ll Be Doing】
- 管理行政/總務團隊，對各項作業流程和管理辦法之建立與執行，並編列及執行部門預算
- 固定資產管理、定期盤點與各類物品請採購及請款作業
- 辦公室環境管理、清潔管理及設備維護
- 櫃檯事務管理、供應商管理
- 公司重要會議/活動舉辦、規劃與協助（如：尾牙）
- 主管交辦事項。
- 喜歡做對公司有幫助的事情, 優化內部流程

【What You’ll Be Doing】
- Lead the Administration team and work on developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures. Working with the management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and other expenses.
- Asset management, monitor inventory and identify purchasing needs and payment processes.
- Office environmental management, ensuring office is stocked with necessary
supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Supervising day-to-day operations of the receptionist and vendor management.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences. Ex: annual party.
- Fullfill superior’s assignment.
- Willing to do good things for the company, optimize internal processes.
