RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviews operational performance data and provides dashboard reporting
  
• Understands different aspects of fleet management business as well as business processes
• To develop to-be state for the division down to sectional level, with inputs from the respective section heads
• Assists in formulating and driving strategic initiatives at the divisional level
• Recommends process improvements through change in business processes and/or enhancement of IT infrastructure
• Consolidates requirements of business users and liaise with IT for development of enhancements
• Assists in charting overall IT development strategy and supports development of IT systems in line with divisional strategies
• Supports IT project lead to liaise with program developer and business users to ensure requirements are taken into account during development, balancing cost vs time.

• Degree in Engineer, Business or Computing/IT from a recognized university
• Candidate with experience in innovation / business process improvement will be preferred, though not required.
• Strong in technical knowledge and data analytics.
• Good communication and writing skills; a team player.
• Able to think analytically and make good judgment even under stressful condition.
