Job Description

SkyREC is looking for a passionate Customer Behavior Analyst. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions for our retail clients. Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you have to possess.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify different types of data that need tracking to improve operational performance for clients’ business.
  • Generate easy-to-interpret reports based on collected customer-behavior data.
  • Liaise with clients to determine meeting needs and prepare the meeting report. 
  • Maintain and optimize the internal analysis module/tools with the PM team.
  • Stay abreast of the new trends and analysis tools in customer-behavior.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Skill to elaborate the complicated issue and encourage the clients to take actions.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven business analyst or corporate trainer preferred but not required.

Requirements

Working day: 2-3 days a week
