Content Marketer Job Description

Job Scope

• Social Media Content: plan, write and publish
• Blog Content: write, guest post, SEO, CMS, keyword research, keyword planning

What you can expect to do

• Plan, research, write and edit multiple pieces of content per week. Including - social media and blog posts
• Research the latest trends in professional learning and personal development and incorporate findings into the content you create.
• Manage and maintain the editorial calendar and deliver content on a timely manner
• Use a content management system on a daily basis to publish content
• Track, measure, and optimize all content initiatives using data analytics tools
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and design team to create and curate compelling content for our target audience
• Support the creation of other marketing assets (i.e. landing pages, emails) as needed

• 負責公司部落格和社群媒體的內容規劃、撰寫及編輯工作
• 關注社群、個人職能成長和教育產業最新動向，並且運用到撰寫的內容中
• 管理內容發佈時程並且準時產出內容
• 與行銷、內容和設計團隊密切合作產出有價值而且吸引人的內容
• 利用數據追蹤工具追蹤和分析內容行銷專案成效，並根據數據結果持續優化
• 瞭解並持續追蹤所負責產業趨勢和流行內容
• 協助團隊製作相關行銷素材（landing pages、email、等等）

What we value

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or content marketing, experience in marketing for an online education platform is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin
• Creative, resourceful and proactive to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Equipped with a growth mindset and have high ownership of tasks and projects to constantly improve our content and product
• Experience with and knowledge of the Tech Startup industry
• Possess a basic understanding of social media marketing, keyword research, keyword planning, and SEO
• Experienced in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

條件要求

• 大學以上行銷、大眾傳播或是公關科系畢業
• 具備三年以上行銷或是內容行銷相關工作經驗（若有線上教育平台行銷經驗加分）
• 溝通力：良好的文字和跨部門溝通能力產出高品質的內容
• 創意力：有創意並且自主的提出每月內容和社群企劃
• 對科技新創圈有基本認知（曾經待過新創公司者加分）
• 具備成長思維，能在步調較快的工作環境學習和成長，並且提出對於內容和產品優化的想法
• 基礎內容行銷能力：社群行銷、SEO 和關鍵字研究與規劃
• 基礎設計能力：Adobe Illustrator 和 Photoshop 的經驗
