What you can expect to do
・Responsible for candidate search for TW & SEA/APAC recruitment activities.
・Coordinate with regional payroll vendors for and liaising with insurance vendors.
・Review and manage the accuracy of HRIS system.
・Consolidate reports for SEA/APAC regions.
・Organize training & employee relations activities and other company events, etc.
・Support Management in attainment of business objectives through people strategies and tactics.
・Advise business partners on all aspects of human resources that relate to performance management, employee relations, compensation strategies, policy interpretation, succession planning and recruitment.
・Provide supports and participate in ad-hoc projects.
What we value
・Bachelor’s Degree, specialization in Human Resources or related discipline.
・4-5 years in all rounded HR duties.
・Regional recruitment in SEA/APAC is a must.
・Independent, smart, fast-paced, analytic, detail-minded with strong problem-solving, interpersonal and presentation skills.
・High level of adaptability and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
・Hand-on experience in regional recruitment & C&B areas.
・Excellent excel skills and in depth knowledge of TW employee ordinance.
・Fluent in Mandarin and English..
・Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
