We are constantly looking for interns to join our rapidly growing tech startup team in Taipei! Depending on your skills, experience and interest, we will place you in an engineering/quality control, product management or business operations position. This opportunity is right for you if you are a self-starter, aren't afraid to ask questions and receive feedback, and are comfortable with facing the unknown.

As a global startup builder with teammates in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Los Angeles, we work in a flexible, fast-paced environment. This position will provide insight into the day-to-day functionings of a Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) startup. (More info: https://sodalabs.co/)

Your mentors will guide you through the operations tasks and decision making process, as well as show you how to leverage your leadership and organizational skills to improve your work results.

These are the core competencies we’re seeking for in our interns:
Startup mindset: expect the unexpected, willing to take on challenges, motivate yourself to learn and grow in the position.
Personal ownership: fully own your assignments, projects, and products. You empower your team members to identify problems and opportunities, as well as solutions.
Language ability: good command of English (for all positions) and Mandarin (for business/operations positions). Nice to have a third language.
Communication skills: speaks and writes clearly, thoughtful about your communication, both verbal and written (documentation) to ensure everyone can move confidently in the same direction.

Offers
1. During training period (the first 1-2 months): Stipend (lunch: 3,000/month + transportation: 1,000/month)
2. During working period: monthly salary (based on availability & ability)
3. Internship period: minimum 3 months. Work hours: 10am - 6pm. Work from home once a week
