SUMMARY:

Support and lead the product teams through PLM related improvement projects as well as support the product teams with daily help desk support. Use the FlexPLM and Windchill tool sets to develop creative solutions to complex problems and validate requirements with stakeholders.

2. Brainstorming new concepts and ideas for company process across business systems.
3. Help Specialized accelerate bike and on-bike development through the use of FlexPLM and Windchill.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assess and qualify system, functional or feature questions, issues and errors.
2. Lead the implementation of new teams or business processes within FlexPLM and Windchill from beginning to completion.
3. Support introduction of minor and major releases of FlexPLM and Windchill applications.
4. Support training new and existing end users within a business to increase efficiency and productivity as requested.
5. Work with functional teams to maintain and manage FlexPLM and Windchill system libraries, i.e., Materials, Vendor, Color, etc.
6. Work with the business to define business process workflows and provide clear specifications to technology for implementation within FlexPLM and Windchill.
7. Assess and qualify system, functional or feature questions, issues and errors
8. Coordinate, assess and manage end user enhancement requests
9. Coordinate and establish the severity level for problems and issues
10. Oversee process improvement for bike and on-bike product teams or business processes.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience as a Business System Analyst.
2. A minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Agile, FlexPLM or similar hardgoods PLM
3. Experience working with international cultures and exceptional verbal and written English skills.
4. Experience with bicycle industry documentation requirements.
5. Experience with bicycle or powersports preferred
6. Experience with Atlassian Confluence/JIRA preferred.
7. Project Management experience and an understanding of Six Sigma is a significant plus.
8. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, think outside of the box, and travel internationally to different business sites 2-4 weeks a year.
