我曾在總部位於矽谷的公司工作過，也曾經因工作派駐在矽谷一段時間。我親身觀察矽谷除了人種多元與生活方式，其他的地方與台灣差異不太大。甚至矽谷 San Jose, Mountain View, Santa Clara, Milpitas 等等一帶的晚上相比台灣，顯得相對無趣而無法因夜生活激蕩出創意火花。

但為何矽谷相較台灣還是可以孕育出那麼多新創家？其實台灣敢創新的人還是有，但這群人好不容易鼓足勇氣大步跨出來，在碰到困難後因為遇不到第一個認同其夢想且伸出援手的人，而消失在新創並選擇回去原本的生活軌道。我想這才是台灣與矽谷一個最大的不同之處。

希望 STARBIT 的員工跟著公司歷經新創之路過程，翅膀硬了以後都可以飛出去成為老鷹，繼續傳承屬於他們這一輪的新創之路。
