XY Finance is the global blockchain company that builds a one-stop cross-chain assets aggregation platform for DeFi and the metaverse world users.

This role requires in-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency product offerings.

Senior Marketing Associate will work with Marketing and Product teams to optimize the product experience, increase brand awareness and business growth. He/she will work on the platform's marketing strategy and execution, and help the team achieve goals including increasing TVL, trading volumes, user numbers on the platform by understanding and improving the user lifecycle in the XY financial ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Engage in crypto communities to grow and strengthen XY Finance brand while gaining local insight into the latest industry trends and competitive landscape
• Manage strategic partners relationships for adding value to XY Finance
• Organize, assist, and attend relevant online & offline events (AMA, meetup, etc.)
• Build partnerships with worldwide crypto influencers, and develop strategies for community partnerships with influencers worldwide
• Coordinate with the Community Managers and Ambassadors to build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, target audience identification, benchmarking, and messaging.
• Supervise and moderate XY Finance’s community channels
• Writing regular official announcements, press releases, blog posts, and tweets

• 2~3 years of experience in the technology/finance field of marketing and communications and 1 year+ experience building/growing crypto-related communities and creating social media campaigns is preferred.
• Experience of participation in different crypto social outlets, Discord channels, and Telegram groups (records required)
• Excellent project management skills
• Advanced writing skills in both English and Mandarin
• Advanced knowledge of crypto or financial markets is preferred
• Fluent in English and native speaking level of Mandarin
