1)Teach customers how to use SMC server.
2)Immediate action for DOA issue.(Debug)
3)Teach customer the meaning of SMC BMC SEL and how to resolve error.
4)Support customer for remote monitoring and remote installation
5)Troubleshooting for failure of Stress Test and Performance Test.
6)Provide training to customer for RMA replacement.(Self-maintenance)
Qualification: 1. At least 5 years server application engineering or on-site techinical service experience. 2. Familiar with server architecture 3. Proficient in English communication skills. 4. Need to remote or on-site support for customer side.
