What you will do in this job :

- Create online marketing and sales growth strategies, manage end-to-end execution and operation by leading and communicating with internal/external teams.
- Develop sales forecast and marketing budget, and responsible for online B2B/B2C channel sales in the areas of TWN, US and EU..etc.
- Responsible for e-commerce operation activities.
- Identify new & innovative go-to-market models for e-commerce business.
- Provide monthly reporting on the success of the product (Sales, pipeline, P&L, etc.)
- Manage and coordinate global online channels/partners sell-through performance.
- Develop expansion business through existing and new business partnerships.
- Tracks sales and marketing staff performance against metrics (KPI and ROI..etc).
- Analyze consumer behaviors and market trends to formulate business strategies.
- Analyze sales results and adopt marketing activities to boost sales revenue.

What an ideal candidate looks like :
- 8+ years of work experience with 2+ years of people management experience.
- 3+ years of experience in managing cross-border EC (Amazon is required) platforms for consumer electronics products.
- A strong understanding of eCommerce operations, sales and marketing planning & business development
- Ability to drive strategy and change while implementing, analyzing and reporting on numerous concurrent eCommerce projects
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing or Business/Sales or similar
- Excellent English copywriting and communication abilities
- Experience working within a high-growth company and fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Be result oriented, possessing a proactive and positive mindset with good communication & negotiation skill.
- MS Office skill s (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
