職缺描述
- Assist manager to initiate and deliver the training and development programs or projects according to the training needs for all levels, including online and offline training.
- Data driven methodology to support talents growth in the platform.
- Develop and implement a learning strategy and platform to deliver various approaches to effective learning and development and build organizational capabilities.
- Initial new training structure & methods to support operations department
- Prepare and consolidate statistical reports for existing talents performance tracking and deep dive into potential growth opportunities.
- Prepare the feedback survey of the training program.
- Prepare regular training reports in order to evaluate the training results and effectiveness and recommend program changes to enhance staff performance in achieving the goals of the organization
- Consolidate Swaggers feedback and prioritize the potential solution to improve our products and services
- 協助規劃新進主播線上與線下教育訓練
- 使用數據分析主播潛在的成長需求，提出成長計畫，培育主播
- 規劃年度培訓目標與執行培訓計畫
- 編撰培訓相關教材
- 評估培訓計畫之成果，並改進與優化
- 定期舉辦主播分享說明會
- 追蹤與管理主播在平台的發展，針對平台發展規劃提出策略性意見
- 針對主播給予的意見進行評估，提出平台產品改進計畫
- 跨部門合作
職務需求
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a high performance culture environment
- Entertainment, technology and online platform business relative industry would be more preferred
- Major in Communication, Business, Engineering, or any other analytically intensive field is preferred
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure, challenging working environment and tackle problems in a positive way
- Experience in project management and budgeting is a plus
- Language proficiency in both English and Mandarin is highly advantageous
- 傳播、商學、工程相關背景
- 1~2年以上工作經驗
- 具備娛樂、科技與平台產業之工作經驗
- 擅長使用 MS Excel, PowerPoint
- 良好的溝通協調技巧
- 曾在高壓以及多重任務的環境有工作的經驗
- 有過專案執行的經歷，並且邏輯清晰
- 有課程編撰經驗者佳
