Swag.Live’s talent team is looking for a bilingual (English/Chinese) and ambitious growth hacker up to the task of leading the effort to help triple the amount of content producers joining the platform this year.

Duties and Responsibilities

Establish and set up the appropriate systems and cadences for the recruitment process that considers different regions, demographics, and languages.

• Lead the development and implementation of interactive tools, apps, and websites to increase the number of content producer recruits, while taking into account the current systems in place for optimal integration across departments (Main site, Current sign up platform - Typeform, Customer service - we use Intercom, etc. )
• Put in place a system for storing and nurturing leads while also measuring, reporting, and optimizing key growth metrics.
• Identifying, developing, and optimizing growth channels.
• Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous working experience as a Growth Hacker
• Applicable knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools
• Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• High standards of excellence and attention to detail
• Must be sex positive and an advocate for sex workers
