職缺描述
- Initiate and deliver the training and development programs or projects according to the training needs for all levels
- Develop and implement a learning strategy and platform to deliver various approaches to effective learning and development and build organizational capabilities
- Prepare and consolidate statistical reports and feedback survey of the training programs
- Develop training structure & methods to support operations department
- Grow talents in line with the business strategy
- Prepare regular training reports in order to evaluate the training results and effectiveness and recommend program changes to enhance staff performance in achieving the goals of the organization
職務需求
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a high performance culture environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure, challenging working environment and tackle problems in a positive way
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Experience of build up a new team
- At least 1 year of L&D experience in identifying training need, providing training solutions, and implementing training programs is a plus
- Experience in project management and budgeting is a plus
- Language proficiency in both English and Mandarin is highly advantageous
