工作內容

• 對素人直播主進行定位、形象包裝、演藝工作規劃、宣傳通告策略、異業合作開發及洽談。
• 透過各種平台、管道招募、拓展、挖掘有潛力的素人/網紅，進行簽約成為主播/網紅。
• 編輯及撰寫主播訓練手冊、產品更新通知、宣傳企劃、主播相關自介等文案。
• 負責主播培訓教育 - 針對主播分別營運狀況，進行數據/趨勢分析，設立目標及執行策略、引導主播優化經營、激勵主播締造佳績並定期即時與團隊及主管報告。
• 主播關係維護 - 維繫與主播間的良好互動，主動根據經營及個人情形關心主播，提升主播滿意度與忠誠度。
• 協助跨部門主播相關需求溝通。
• 必要時陪伴主播參與通告，監督合作夥伴執行內容，及確保現場活動順暢進行。

Responsibilities :

• Discover and sign potential talents who are looking for management
• Onboard and train talents so they are familiar with the platform and product functionalities
• Represent the business and brands of talents (North America and Europe region)
• Seek out brand partnerships for specific talents and the agency as a whole
• Stay on top of trends in the influencer marketing/ livestream/ adult entertainment space
• Seek out and pursue new collaboration opportunities such as brand sponsorship, product placement, ads
• Collect and analyze data and plan growth strategies for each talent accordingly

需求條件

本職務需精通英語，會第三語言尤佳

• 具備演藝經紀/網紅經紀3年以上經驗。
• 英文聽說讀寫流利。
• 可配合歐美主播活躍時間上班。
• 具安排相關訓練規劃，訓練旗下簽約藝人能力。
• 具業務開發能力及過去成功案例 (開發品牌客戶商談代言、廣告、演出機會)。
• 熟悉影視，活動，媒體等各種通告宣傳管道及現場作業。
• 有管理旗下簽約者藝人，並具演出前、中、後的溝通協調經驗。
• 具提案與簡報製作能力，熟悉直播生態、影音拍攝、社群媒體經營及網路操作經驗者尤佳。
• 須具備良好文字及口語溝通能力，注重團隊精神、抗壓性高、責任感強。
• 具管理經驗，優先考慮。

Requirements：

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent management/talent representation of influencers and/or celebrities, preferably in the adult industry and in a talent agency.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, third languages a plus.
• Must be able to show previous experiences and success in business development partnership negotiation.
• Must be sex positive and passionate for content creators and their work
