We are actively seeking a Project Manager who is passionate about business applications of big data. At Synergies, you will be growing along with the company and committing to our innovative product, an automated AI-driven analytics platform that provides solutions to complex business problems, bridges the gap between data science and business users, and facilitates clients in digital transformation across many industries, including manufacturing, financial, energy, retail, and game. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for uncovering client needs, overseeing multiple projects throughout different phases, and ensuring cohesive progress in delivering solutions with internal and external teams. A successful candidate is expected to have industry experiences, expertise in project management, and basic understanding of data science applications in different domain. An ideal candidate is enthusiastic about the trend in AI and creative in planning innovative solutions to complex industry challenges in order to bring Synergies’ value to our clients.

[Responsibilities]

- Coordinate with technical teams, including product managers and data scientists, to understand Synergies’ core product and technology.

- Analyze market and industry trends in adopting AI solutions, understand client requirements, identify opportunities in solving industry problems, and propose constructive and concrete solutions to clients.

- Manage project implementation process: create project roadmaps, facilitate project operations, identify and escalate project risks, and ensure project deliverables are on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to ensure project objectives are successfully achieved.

- Maintain project alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

- Compose Software Requirement Specification (SRS) document to clearly identify the scope of work and describe the software system to be developed.

- Validate project required data for data science and product teams.

[Qualifications]

- 1+ years of industry experiences with strong business knowledge.

- 2+ years of experiences in project management, consulting, software implementation, or similar role.

- Passionate about domain applications of data science that transform data into business insights and values.

- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and mitigating project risks.

- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic planning skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and work effectively with people from different background.

- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.

- Adaptive to fast-paced working environment and fast-learning.

- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and work independently.

[Preferred Qualifications]

1. Master’s degree in Information Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering or other related disciplines.

2. Experience in planning and executing smart factory or industrial IoT projects.

3. PMP certification.
