Technical content specialists are the key link between developers and Synology users who may come from different background. You will deliver technical information clearly and accurately without relying on developers' or product mangers' explanation. You juggle a variety of projects, from reading and writing technical specification, to updating FAQs and monitoring user feedback. You are always the first to defuse a new technical challenge when it rises.
1. Write technical documentation (online help pages, user interface text strings, user manuals, whitepapers, etc.) for Synology users
2. Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by others; coach non-writers on ways to improve their writing skills
3. Manage complex documentation projects
