Synter Resource Group is looking for a project coordinator to work directly with the Quality Assurance and Senior Analyst of Customer Experience in order to on-board new clients while being responsible for assisting in the overall success of the clients assigned to their book of business. Successful Analysts meet or exceed the goals designed to surpass client expectations by meeting their individual and/or teams performance expectations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills Intermediate or higher level of proficiency in desktop productivity applications, e.g., Microsoft Office, and applications for quality assurance and improvement Strong analytic skills and comfort with interpretation of data and reports Effectively communicate with all management within the company. Maintain professional demeanor and exhibit emotional control in communications. Ability to read and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write clear and concise business correspondence. Support and execute Synter’s core values by possessing a desire to succeed, focus on a job at hand, accept accountability for actions, ensure effective collaboration amongst your subordinates, peers, and upper management, and have a high level of integrity. Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods of time at a workstation.
