About Tagnology

Tagnology is a visionary MarTech startup leveraging our own proprietary data and AI to decode the future of influencer marketing. We enable our clients and partners to breakthrough and experience continuous growth in this hyper-connected post-advertising age.

Within a year of our establishment in 2019, we formed strategic partnerships with many major brands and 4A groups. More recently, we became the first official influencer marketing partner to Facebook for the Greater China and northern Asia regions.

Role

We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager to take on all facets of marketing at Tagnology. You will create, own, and sell the Tagnology dream internally, externally, and internationally as we start our global expansion beyond Taiwan. From branding and strategizing to content creation and public appearances, you will get a platform to reach for the stars while working alongside Taiwan’s top talents.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Create the Tagnology narrative to serve as the foundation for all marketing efforts and ensure message consistency across all channels.
  • Work with the Design Team to produce an impressionable corporate identity and oversee its appropriate utilization and placements.
  • Write client-facing content for webinars, advertisements, presentations, email campaigns, the company website, case studies, and more.
  • Identify, plan for, and attend relavant conferences to increase brand awareness and gain new prospects.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitions, and client needs to make strategic market penetration and lead generation proposals.
  • Synthesize tactics for targeted data analysis, accurately interpret the result, and translate the intelligence into actionable insights.
  • Design go-to-market programs and drive the executions with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Native fluency in English
  • Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese
  • 4+ years of background in a product or marketing role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Comfortable with Excel and basic SQL queries
  • Experience with a B2B/MarTech SaaS or e-commerce product
  • Demonstrated interest in the social media, marketing, or influencer industry
