One-Stop Shop To Gear Up For The Metaverse
A player-centric cross-chain NFT trading platform that shares the latest blockchain game info. We are devoted to building a gamer focused marketplace where gamers can easily browse, trade, and buy items across multiple blockchains.

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team and lead the development of our gamer-focused NFT (Non-Fungible Token) marketplace. As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our platform and ensuring that our technology is scalable, secure, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead the development and deployment of our NFT marketplace platform from inception to launch, working closely with the product team to ensure that our technology meets the needs of our users.

2. Develop and maintain a technical roadmap that aligns with our business objectives, identifying key milestones and ensuring that we are on track to meet our goals.

3. Manage a team of developers and engineers, providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure that our technology is of the highest quality.

4. Ensure that our platform is secure and that our users' data is protected, working closely with our security team to implement best practices and stay ahead of emerging threats.

5. Collaborate with our product and design teams to ensure that our platform is intuitive and user-friendly, providing an exceptional user experience to our gamers.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in blockchain technology and NFTs, ensuring that our platform remains at the forefront of the industry.

7. Communication: be an effective communicator who can articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical stakeholders.

8. Make informed decisions based on data, analysis, and sound judgment. Be able to evaluate different options, weigh risks and benefits, and take responsibility for their decisions.


Report to CEO。

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

2. At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of building and scaling complex systems.

3. Strong knowledge of blockchain technology and experience working with Ethereum, Solidity, and smart contracts.

4. Experience leading teams of developers and engineers, with excellent communication and management skills.

5. Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security protocols to protect user data.

6. A passion for gaming and an understanding of the unique needs of the gaming community.

7. Experience working in a startup environment and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Additional preferable skills: (These skills are not mandatory, but they can enhance the candidate's profile and improve their ability to perform the role's responsibilities effectively.)

1. Experience in developing and deploying decentralized applications (dApps) on blockchain platforms other than Ethereum, such as BNB Chain, or Solana.

2. Knowledge of different NFT standards, such as ERC-721, ERC-1155, and EIP-2981, and their use cases.

3. Knowledge of hosting blockchain nodes.

4. Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and scalable architectures.

5. Understanding of different scaling solutions for blockchain indexing.

6. Proficiency in programming languages: Solidity, Golang, Nodejs, Rust and JavaScript.

7. Experience in integrating third-party APIs and tools, such as wallets, exchanges, or analytics platforms, into blockchain-based applications.

8. Knowledge of user behavior and engagement metrics, such as retention, conversion, or churn, and how to optimize them.

9. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira, Notion, Trello, or Asana.
