Job Description

In order to reach our next stage, we're on the lookout for an accomplished Business Development Lead that has a record of creating opportunities that are aimed at bringing revenue streams and new business to the company. You will meet many corporates, accelerators, incubators , and investors in order to drive business and further new and existing relationships. This is an incredible opportunity to help drive growth and put your own “touch” on the business development strategy of Everiii, the parent company of Taiwan Startup Stadium (TSS).

You will work very closely with the management team to focus on driving revenue and market penetration of a product offering that you'll be an integral part of shaping. We're looking for people who possess a business development / sales background and can lead tactical and strategic initiatives to help drive revenue growth for our company.

Responsibilities | What awaits you 💼

  • Explore sponsorship and business engagement opportunities with corporates, VCs, accelerators, and incubators, and strategizing on commercial activities
  • Work with corporates on Innovation and Digital Transformation initiatives
  • Build trust, establish credibility, and hold partners accountable
  • Serve as a consultant for startup members in the area of ​​business development and growth strategy (sales, marketing, and services)
  • Work with TSS's various teams to make sure all communications and external activities are coordinated

    Requirements

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
    • Has healthy negotiation skills and business & financial acumen
    • Have experience working with or embrace the chance to collab with startups.
    • Has a solid understanding of the accelerators, incubators, and venture capital industries
    • Confident with giving public presentations
    • Able to make data-driven decisions
    • Have the desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals such as project revenue, the number of new partnerships, and the number of new customers in your geographical region
    • Has compassion and empathy for others
