We are looking for a creative designer to join us and contribute to the pillars of our consulting business - innovation advisory, talent development, and media. In this role, you will become a communicator and problem-solver who wants to have their hands in several things at once; who can deliver high polished design across media types, with great design aesthetics and an eye for detail! You will meet the various ecosystem players both domestically and abroad and engage with them to create creative solutions and designs. You will touch upon various brands under Everiii, chances to realize your design ideas and concepts, all the while gaining a deeper understanding of the startup ecosystem in Taiwan.

In this role, you will work closely with the resident Designer, Social Media Coordinator and Marketing Intern. You should enjoy working in a team and be comfortable both coordinating team efforts, as well as working alongside the team with graphic designs, content creation, project management and more. Synergy is crucial for this role. You may have to wear multiple hats, but there is a lot of opportunity and flexibility to grow and take on creative initiatives of your own.

Responsibilities | What awaits you 💼

• Execution of engaging and eye-catching content creation across platforms and audiences.
• Creating detail-oriented graphic designs for multiple brands.
• Working with multiple projects and teams to create timely designs.
• Supporting events as well as designing items for it.
• Being the contact person of numerous vendors and design partners.
• Working on marketing campaigns and programs on social media platforms with proficient design skills.
• Support new project initiatives.
• Support the planning and execution of events.

Qualifications | What you bring 📖

• Knowledgeable and comfortable operating across graphic design, typography, and illustration.
• Capable of creating original and guided concepts from inception to completion.
• Clear and concise communication, organization skills and ability to work on multiple projects at once.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Proven track record of creating beautiful designs under minimal supervision, and the ability to present solutions to the team.
• Fluency with Illustrator and Photoshop (other graphic design tools is a plus).
• Proficiency in speaking and writing in English is a plus.
• Having knowledge in the Taiwan startup ecosystem is a plus.
• Experience in a time-sensitive production focused creative environment is a plus.
