We are seeking a Program Coordinator for the TSS-affiliated brand: EveriiiONE, to help build and manage partner relations. You will meet many corporate partners across various industries and trade offices from different regions that are interested in connecting with Taiwanese startups to bring in new technological innovations, find investment opportunities, and establish long-term partnerships for their businesses and countries. The ideal candidate will have the ability to execute both online and offline program delivery and manage multiple projects, with extraordinary attention to detail.

In this role, you will work to maximize the synergies between our company, our partners, and our startup members. You will work directly with the Strategic Partnership & Innovation team to carry out the day-to-day details of EveriiiONE’s strategy. While you’re mainly responsible for the initiatives under EveriiiONE, you would also get the opportunity to participate in various projects under our affiliated brands such as Taiwan Startup Stadium and Pivotal Media.

Main Responsibilities | What awaits you 💼

• Assist in the formation of EveriiiONE’s partner relation strategy, resulting in the creation of a program roadmap with measurable KPIs
• Lead work streams and programs to execute the aligned strategy
• Plan, execute, and evaluate signature events and programs, such as innovation forums, workshops, networking events
• Prepare and monitor financials pertaining to program activities
• Manage marketing and outreach to the community
• Support research, analysis, and development of data-driven strategic insights in EveriiiONE’s annual planning

Other Responsibilities

• Create, communicate, and deliver mutually-beneficial and revenue-generating product offerings for EveriiiONE
• Explore and identify new partners and partnerships
• Create partnership proposals and negotiate deliverables and terms
• Collaborate with other functional teams to consolidate different resources and develop high-impact solutions for the company
• Manage reports on partnership activities

Qualifications | What you bring 📖

• Strong project management experience (schedule management) and organization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Strong written communication for proposal writing
• Track record of strategic thinking and problem solving from conceptualization to implementation.
• Strong presentation for both one-on-one or large room meetings
• Familiarity with Google Suite
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a planner. But you are calm and collected when things change unexpectedly
• Available for after-hour events if necessary
• Prior experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and knowledge of best practices and methodologies (e.g. strategies to drive engagement) is preferred
