IT研發部門是核聚集團的核心團隊，其所開發的兩大雲端服務平台：員工股票選擇權（ESOP/ESPP）平台— MyCoreInfo、智慧投資理財平台— MySmartAdvisor™，不僅提供ESOP/ESPP管理、美股與港股交易，及基金、保險理財等服務，更使集團的業務成功拓展至亞洲及北美洲。
核聚集團致力於發展金融科技，每年投資上百萬美元升級我們的服務平台，除定期更新硬體設備，更依循技術發展的腳步，隨時評估、引進最新開發技術。目前我們所採用的技術包含：後端開發所使用之C#, ASP.Net MVC 5, ASP.Net Core, Entity Framework, Web API / GraphQL，前端開發所使用之Typescript, Angular, React, Webpack, Less / Sass，以及Visual Studio 2017, Git & Git Flow等。

What you'll do
• Design database solutions to improve and monitor the efficiency of database usage.
• Ensure data security, consistency and availability.
• Design and implement reports using Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Perform data processing requests in a timely manner.
• Familiar with SQL Server administration and SQL development (Stored procedure, Function).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Fast learner and strong sense of ownership of all the platforms and products.
• Strong understanding of product quality and performance standards.
