Responsibilities
- Create and manage the entire system architecture between frontend, smart contracts, wallets, database, etc.
- Manage and mentor junior frontend engineers and other team members
- Collaborate with UI/UX designer and back-end & blockchain engineers for complete product integration
- Implement high-precision and high-efficiency front-end designs in HTML and CSS based on designer files/input
- Handle constantly-changing requirements and be able to meet demanding deadlines

職務需求
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years experience managing a team
- Experience with Responsive Web Design (RWD)
- Ability to independently solve technical problems as well as lead the system architecture
- Self-motivated, takes ownership of products/projects, and able to multi-task in a startup environment
- Drive for continuous product improvement and self-growth
- Blockchain or financial sector experience preferred
