At TechDesign, we aim to bring the electronic supply chain online and make hardware innovation accessible to everyone. You will gain insights into our target customer segments – including hardware innovators, start-ups, and SMEs, market the TechDesign platform, and develop hardware project pipeline. You will build relationships with key ecosystem partners, including VCs/incubators/accelerators, hardware communities, cloud service providers, and industrial committees/associations. You will be growing the buyer community, and facilitating the interactions between buyers and suppliers in our platform ecosystem.

Job description:

• Analyze needs of our target buyers across the electronic product development journey to create a holistic user experience
• Grow the buyer communities and business-develop hardware projects
• Guide the buyers to engage with platform suppliers, and realize and commercialize their products through our supply chain network
• Plan and execute the business development strategies through online/offline channels to increase platform presence and expand potential buyer pool
• Build strong relationships with customers (startups, SMEs, SI, IoT data service provider) and strategic partners (incubator, corporate)
• Engage with buyers to discover and explore collaboration opportunities
• Research, analyze and consolidate IoT market trends, competitor information and buyer demand to drive business development

Minimum Qualifications:
• 3+ years sales/business development experience
• Experience/interest in IoT-related service or hardware solution such as smart logistics, smart home, smart farming, healthcare and/or industrial IoT
• Business level English fluency in email/report writing and speaking
• Strong communications and team work capabilities

Preferred qualifications:
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented in workflow processes and resolution
