Job description:
We are looking for a superstar Marketing Manager with a passion in Fashion to spearhead all the marketing related initiatives at TG3D Studio. The Marketing role at TG3D Studio involves building awareness around the company solutions by defining, developing and executing on strategic marketing initiatives for various target audience. The ideal candidate would be a people-person who loves the rewarding challenge of building a brand, versatile with an eye for details, thriving to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines, and has a passion for making the world a better place with technology.

Responsibilities:

• Building awareness and conveying value propositions around the company product and solutions.
  
• Content creation: copy-writing (with helps from external resources) in both English and Mandarin, web graphics, banners, posters, invitation, videos, white paper, and other marketing-related materials as needed
• Establish and execute marketing goals for all channels (campaigns, website SEO, social media reach and blogs)
• Turn marketing efforts into understandable data (CTR, CPA, ROI, reach, engagement rate, # of qualified leads) and come up with improvement plans for the next iterations.
• Project management: managing freelancers, partnerships, planning and management of exhibition-related activities, and strategic programs with partners and clients
• Sales support: creating account demo, nurturing and following up on leads, setting up video calls.
• Participate in industry events regularly and present the Company’s vision and solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with media organizations and tech websites.
  
• Remain updated on the industry novelties and marketing practices.  Need to actively research and evaluate marketing tools/platforms to help improve workflow 

• 4-5 years of related experience; BA in marketing or equivalent in communications 
• Business level fluency in both English and Mandarin
• Hands-on and proven experience in producing copy for digital, print and broadcast channels
• Self-driven, able to work in a fast evolving startup environment.
• The ability to work to strict deadlines without compromising on work quality
• Experienced with image editing and digital sketching software - Photoshop, Indesign, Adobe Illustrator or other editing software.
• Experienced with video editing software - Adobe Premiere, After Effect or other video editing software knowledge.
• Comfortable with public speaking and talking in front of cameras.
