The Ideal Group is looking for a Content Marketing Intern to help us curate contents that are relevant to our identity and local presence. This involves developing engaging content strategies, sharing our portfolios/clients journeys through online multimedia platforms.

See first hand how Ideal, a Venture Studio and Space operates in Taiwan while expanding to new markets. Learn more about startups, business, and apply into our content marketing and SEO strategy. You will work closely with our team and gain access and exposure to a rich base of professionals in all areas of business. You will learn how to do a proper interview and share with our fanbase on social media and our website. You will also provide marketing, communications, and public relations support.

You will work closely with an international team of experienced and driven professionals/entrepreneurs that values teamwork, integrity and business ethics. Your direct line of reporting will be the Director of The Ideal Space.

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated individual looking for an exciting and different internship experience. Our ideal candidate should be articulate and have a passion for entrepreneurship and all things regarding community. You will be working alongside the main members of Ideal on day to day operations and understand the local and overseas style of management.

• Conduct various marketing content and marketing plan development to execution
• Interviewing startup founders and create SEO optimized articles
• Marketing data analysis and provide insight into market trends
• Stay on top of the latest events, trends, regulations, and news
• Assist the team with marketing events and social media management

There will be no boring task like shredding paper!

We are looking for:

We seek candidates who share our values and have outstanding qualities, such as leadership, resilience, integrity, a digital mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people.

- Must be fluent in Written & Spoken in English and Mandarin

- Any background is fine ( BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field is a plus)

- Ability to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset.

- Understanding of web publishing requirements

- Students or Graduates from university is welcomed

- Some experience in previous roles will be valued

- Possess Basic computer knowledge and using Google tools

- Outgoing and fun personality is a PLUS

Salary or Stipend: Market rate and negotiable based on commitment level.
