Role and Responsibility
- Build and lead a strong team of marketing, PR , community and acquisition professionals.
- Develop and drive strategy of overall marketing, PR , paid media and community growth.
- Supervise local community managers to work on community growth and engagements via engaging contents, AMAs, KOL, airdrops or any other effective tactics.
- Design and drive content marketing plan to disseminate brand message and increase brand awareness across all channels.
- Collaboration with product and engineer team with product unique selling points & go-to-market promotional plan, including create related material, convey the right messages to target audience and broaden the market coverage.
- Build up a solid network with strategic partners and influencers, identify opportunities from them and execute the partnership marketing plans.
- Control budget and define marketing success metrics, measure the performance and ROI against company’s goal via statistics and analytics tools.
- Be an expert of web-based technology or ICT industry, identify industry trends and opportunities for new markets or further penetration of exist market.

Qualification
- 7+ year in marketing, communication, growth or similar roles. 5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership position.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
Proven ability to plan and implement successful marketing strategy with budget control.
- Passionate about Crypto and blockchain industry
- Experienced in shaping a new or expanding technology brands.
- Strong communication , coordination and project management skills.
- Familiar with digital marketing tools (including paid, owned, & earned media), social media platforms, marketing analytic tools, project management tools.
-Super analytic skill, use data-driven evidence to make decisions.
- Highly proficient in Chinese and English ( is able to coordinate and correct marketing tone, voice, & PR texts)
- Strategic thinker, fast-learner, challenging problem-solver in a dynamic market
Global market access experience is required.

Preferred
- Strong understanding of blockchain, web-based technology and fintech industry.
- Have Entrepreneurial spirit or experience in start-up companies.
Familiar with China, Korea or US market.
