Responsibilities

1. Compensation & benefts data analysis and budget planning

2. Finding, attracting and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet company's workforce needs.

3. Support global HR projects' implementation of overseas subsidiaries.

4. Support overseas subsidiaries' recruiting events and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly, when needed.

5. Support to establish HR related policies and procedures of overseas subsidiaries.

6. Act as the HQ HR major contact windows of personnel related matters for overseas subsidiaries.

7. Support the local HR on all human capital development programs/events.

8. Support the people manager regard the new hires on boarding process when there is no dedicated HR in local.

• Team spirit, patient and proactive learner.
• Have co-work with foreigners and can adapt to different working culture.
• At least 2 years of experience in C&B.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High working efficiency & flexible with the changes.
• Good presentation & communication skills.
• Good analytical skill.
• Able to attend short-term business trip to Europe and US foreign subsidiaries when needed.
