• Responsible for the over-all systems development life cycle.
• Assist management and execution against project plans, delivery commitments, implement the company's resolutions within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Management of departmental resources, staffing, mentoring, and enhancing and growing a team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and across different teams.
• Report on status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to department manager.

Experience
• 1+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams and have cross-functional and cross-departmental organization and coordination capabilities
• 1+ years of people management experience, managing engineers
• 1+ years of customer-oriented work experience
• Experience with modern programming languages and open-source technologies

Plus
• Experience in partnering with product and program management teams within Agile/Scrum environment.
• Familiar in server side languages (C# .Net)
• 3+ years of total work experience
