Responsibilities:
1. Work collaboratively with product managers and teams.
2. Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
3. In charge of multi-language of product documents and communicate with outsourcing and local vendors to ensure smooth collaboration.
4. Generate product marketing materials and sales documents, ex : sales kit, bouchure, etc.
5. Deliver clear, consistent, and engaging product content, such as UI texts, notifications, error messages, FAQs, onboarding flows, etc.
6. Partner with marketing and customer service teams to create a cohesive experience.
7. Keep records of all information related to the product updated in terms of documentation, clarification, and presentation.
8. Other ad hoc duties as required.

Qualification (eg: portfolio, project-related)
1. Excellent English writing and communication skills Ex : Toeic higher than 900.
2. Detail oriented
3. Able to work independently with little supervision.
4. Team player and self-motivated learner.
5. Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
6. Ability to get things done across teams/departments/offices.
7. Always down for brainstorming, experiences being part of a fast-growing startup is a plus.
