職務内容

In this role, you will need to produce international marketing strategies that aims at our global markets. Responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns. You will need to use multiple marketing channels, including but not limited to websites, marketplaces, social medias, blogs, KOLs to maximum the exposure rate of our product and to attain more users. Report marketing and sales results to senior executives.

• Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
• Develop global marketing strategy and effective communication plan to achieve business goals.
• Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services.
• Research and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
• Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams.
• Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
• Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.
• Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings.
• Manage and control marketing budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans, media buying and evaluate the results of the campaigns' delivery, set measurable KPIs.
• Create/Develop partnership and collaboration opportunities from all channels to maximize marketing resources.
• Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to management.
• Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.



職務要件

• 7+ years of experience in a marketing position with global markets exposure(at least cross-continental).

• At least 3+ years of experience as a manager role.

• Great sense of marketing trends and be curious and passion to the newest marketing tools/channels/methodologies.

• Fluent in English. Know Bahasa Indonesian is a plus.
