We are seeking a Product Management Intern who will play a pivotal role in delivering our next groundbreaking product, from understanding user insights to product execution, including product delivery and quality assurance.

In addition to the tasks mentioned above, we highly value individuals who are self-starters, adept problem solvers, and possess a meticulous personality for this role. This candidate should possess a solid understanding of user insights and be capable of translating them into well-defined product requirements. As a PM Intern, you will also need to effectively collaborate with multiple teams to deliver world-class products that genuinely address our users' pain points.

【 Who you are 】

To excel in this role, you should:
・Be able to work in the office for 3-4 days a week.
・Be a team player with effective communication skills, capable of collaborating with
   individuals across various functions and departments, including R&D, Marketing,
   and Customer Support.
・Possess a self-starting attitude, able to propose solutions independently.
・Be proactive and comfortable working and learning in a fast-paced environment.
・Embrace innovation and open-mindedly consider new ideas and diverse ways of
   thinking.
・Be proficient in both English and Mandarin in a business setting.
・You love dogs or cats! Being a pet parent is a plus as you naturally have strong
   empathy towards our customers.

【 What you'll do 】

As a Product Management Intern, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting product managers with a variety of tasks and conducting research to identify opportunities for product iteration.

・Conducting thorough studies of competitor products to identify trends and best
   practices.
・Collaborating with the team to develop questionnaires for tracking product
   performance.
・Analyzing user feedback to extract meaningful insights that inform product
   development.

Additionally, you will be responsible for launching a high-quality product that gains significant awareness among users by:

・Performing user-level product testing to identify issues and improvement
   opportunities.
・Conducting localization testing to ensure the product caters to the needs of
   diverse user groups.
・Designing and implementing effective product communication strategies that
   promote the product and its features.

Finally, you will help enhance cross-functional team communication by managing product documentation, including recording and updating product specifications. These tasks will provide you with a strong foundation for a successful career in product management.
