TransBiz is hiring a director of operations to build a team of eCommerce operation & marketing specialists (ECサイト運営), customer loyalty specialists and marketing specialists dedicated to growing revenue for our clients in Japan.

While we value being hands-on and love people who can accurately identify both money & long-tail keywords for the products we are marketing, this is not an operation specialist role.
The successful hire will be a seasoned executive capable of hiring and managing high-performance teams, setting strategic context and helping develop channel strategies.
This is a strategic position that will be responsible for leading a team and driving the clients’ revenue growth strategies across channels as well as working cross-functionally with the editorial, designs, acquisition & client success teams on campaigns.
