About the role

Sr. Software Engineer, Full-stack will focus on building omnichannel marketing technologies and automation, with a scalable architecture optimized for performance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product development, including developing new features, and refactoring existing features
• Work within our existing stack (Python, Flask, Postgres, Javascript, HTML), but push the team on new technologies and implementation methodology
• Write clean code with clear documentation. Participate in collaborative code reviews
• Build scalable data models and query logic
• Build integrations with external API services (email, SMS, analytics, social)
• Jump in wherever needed — we’re a small & scrappy team!

About you:

• 5+ years experience in a technical role
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, Javascript, and/or related technologies
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Proactive, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
