【工作內容】
1.執行人員招募、面試、甄選、任用及離職作業。
2.規劃公司的訓練發展體系,進行訓練與發展之需求分析、規劃、執行與成效評估。
3.維護人力資源相關紀錄:員工個人基本資料、出缺勤紀錄管理、假別結算。
4.每月薪資計算、績效獎金計算、規劃福利制度。
5.規劃、指導與協調所有與員工相關的問題,如雇用契約、勞動相關法令、員工關係等等。
6.規劃員工旅遊、員工聚餐等團康活動。
7.其他主管交辦任務。

【徵才條件-硬的個人經歷】
1.至少3年以上人資經驗。
2.樂於溝通、喜歡與他人互動、想要幫助他人成功。
3.充滿活力也具備耐心、細心度高、有條理。
4.具人資相關證照者佳,如勞動法令管理師、員工薪酬管理師、策略性人力資源管理師等。
5.想要挑戰在新創建立人資架構
