Tsaitung Agriculture is reimagining agriculture with data science and supply chain integration. You’ll be in charge of planning and executing our consumer marketing strategies and initiatives. As a crucial member of our marketing team, you need to be data-driven and proficient in coordinating different campaigns to optimize consumer acquisition and remarketing. You’ll also need to be able to work with ambiguity that is typically associated with a fast-paced startup environment, and quickly adapt new strategies based on collective feedback.

Responsibility
- Strategic planning of marketing initiatives to gain market leadership.
- Analyze marketing performances to optimize for customer acquisition and retention.
- Hands-on execution and coordination of marketing campaigns with external and internal stakeholders, rigorously track performances across different channels.
- Continuously collect insights to improve consumer experience.

Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing (candidates with less experience may be considered for a lower grade position)
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating multiple marketing channels that are most relevant to Taiwan’s e-commerce scene, including but not limited to paid ads, organic, referral, offline campaigns, and remarketing.
- Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making.
- Creative nature that is unafraid to assume and try new approaches

- Proven performance in a fast-paced, test-driven, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing
- Experience in grocery or produce industry
- Demonstrated e-commerce experience in planning and executing initiatives that led to high-growth performances

我們的創辦團隊背景組成多元,成員具備跨國頂尖企業多元之經驗,包括美商寶僑(Procter & Gamble)、丹麥商快桅(Maersk Line)、台灣電商momo購物、香港商Lalamove、台灣最大餐飲集團王品集團、台灣最大蔬食集團Mia Cucina、中國商美團、日商Cinnamon AI等業界一流公司之經驗,同時具備美國密西根大學(University of Michigan, Ann Arbor)經濟、環境、麻省理工學院(Massachusetts Institute of Technology)、哥倫比亞大學(Columbia University)及哈佛大學(Harvard University)計算科學、台、清、交資訊工程等堅實的學術背景,能快速的將跨界創新帶入傳統的農產運銷領域中,建立基於數據、流程、以及網路技術所推動的產業進步。

自2017年九月開始營運以來,我們的團隊從一人成長至現在(2022年6月)的超過七十人,每天供應超過七公噸的蔬果,並於過去一年實現了多倍數的成長,更獲得了PChome與中華電信共同成立的基石創投(https://cornerstonevc.tw/investments/)、活水影響力基金(B Current Investment)、活水資本(Ondine Capital)、扶田資本(Foodland Ventures)、 以及行政院國發基金的支持。 然而,這僅是我們的開始而已。 在這個每年總值超過新台幣300億、每年穩定成長4%以上的市場,我們期待能扮演更重要的角色。
