About the job:
The position of Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) supports the company’s financial health by conducting planning and budgeting, integrated financial planning, management and performance reporting, and forecasting and modeling, which enhance the finance department's ability to manage performance by linking corporate strategy to execution. This position reports directly to CFO.

Responsibilities:
●  Conduct annul budget planning and prepare periodical management reports of performance/variance analyses.
●  Perform industry and competition, establish industry-standard benchmark, and provide identified insights to facilitate strategic decision-making.
●  Drive advancements in reporting, data visualization and analysis capabilities through the use of business intelligence dashboards and report development.
●  Assist and/or coordinate ad hoc analyses and projects including M&A, strategic investment, capital allocation, global TP policy refinement, etc.
●  Communicate frequently with cross-departmental and global stockholders for performance review and ad hoc analyses.

●  Able to perform in-depth analysis using critical thinking skills to provide accurate financial information in a format that is useful and meaningful to the audience.
●  Minimum 3 years of financial analysis/reporting experiences in a multi-national organization.
●  Knowledge of general accounting principles; prior auditing experience is preferable.
●  Fluent in spoken and written English/Chinese.
●  Advanced-level proficiency in MS Excel (PivotTable) and MS PowerPoint; Familiar with Oracle is a plus.
