Responsibilities:
• Act as HR Generalist in Yilan office, responsible for HR day-to-day operations including talent acquisition & recruitment, attendance management, employment administration, labor relations and employee care to support business needs.
• Manage talent acquisition resources and participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offering to fulfill job vacancies in Yilan.
• On-side support for various HR communications and activities in Yilan, e.g. all-hands meetings, learning activities, policy/system education, etc.
• Develop and optimize human resource procedures and tools through daily operations/reflection in accordance with government regulations and ISO standards.
• Plan and implement various HR programs with HR team members and line managers to support company strategy and OKRs.

Qualifications (Knowledge & Skill, Personaship and Others):

• Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources with 3+ years working experience in HR field.
• Familiar with Labor Standard Act., Human Resources Management and recruitment process.
• Proficiency of MS Office especially MS Excel and PowerPoint applications.
• Factory HR management experience is preferred.
• Able to work independently and willing to accept challenges.
• Customer orientation, patient, attention to detail and organization skills.
