We are hiring an innovative and experienced global brand manager who is the administrative guardian of the brand and is responsible for developing and maintaining the brand’s integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications, and also ensuring that the products, services, and product lines that fall under the brand resonate with current and potential customers.

Responsibilities:
• Global brand management, brand marketing plan, and brand content strategy development.
• Develop and manage all brand assets for the business, including books, guidelines, company profiles, films and other assets.
• Communicate company’s vision and mission both internally and externally.
• Research and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor’s activities to identify and prioritize brand growth opportunities and critical issues.
• Plan and execute global branding initiatives including campaigns, events, PR, sponsorships, social media, company public image and corporate social responsibility programs.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to work on brand initiatives, align regional marketing plans / delivery and work with regional leads to fine tune performance.
• Ensure that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
• Conduct regular reviews of the brand health, strategy, KPI setting and development.
• Manage, develop, and renovate the Corporate Website, have it become the hub for company’s marketing activities.
• Manage and grow company’s employer brand.

• Degree in marketing, business management or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years working in a Brand Manager role.
• Fluent Mandarin and English proficiency, both oral and writing.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of brand building at international B2B or B2C companies.
• Experience in content and social media marketing and e-commerce.
• Expertise working across the full marketing mix to deliver omni-channel campaigns.
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills, especially across a matrix and global organization.
• Professional presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Experience in supervising website projects..
