About the job:
We are looking for a customer-oriented service engineer who is passionate about facing customers directly, and handling daily RMA cases through the system. If you are proficient in service and RMA operation, willing to take on challenges and pursue continuous learning and growth, especially on the service business part, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
●  RMA Case Management and Warranty Verification
● RMA Returns Management, Material Supply and Update to the customers
●  Monthly RMA report creation and analysis
●  RMA Quality issue improvement plan and follow up with stakeholders
●  Spare parts Inventory Planning.
●  New Product Spare part list definition
●  Service Contract Management (Terms and Conditions, Renewal)
●  Service Provider Development, Management and Performance Monitor
●  Service Business Revenue report creation and analysis
●  Service Training for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Must-Have
●  Fluent in English, listening, reading speaking, and writing, TOEIC score above 700.
●  Ability to handle customer complaints and complex communication with high emotional intelligence.
●  Proficiency in behavioral competency-based customer interaction skills.
●  Familiarity with RMA operation, service policy & warranty judgment based on the best interests & position of the company.
●  Excellent logically thinking and organizational analytical skills.
●  Able to handle the job/task with outstanding carefulness.

A Plus:
●  Professional presentation and negotiation skills.
●  Experience in service business enablement, and hands-on is a plus.
●  Excellent time management skills.
