To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate:

IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary:

A key IT engineer role in the IT operation team and accountable from the delivery of modern, efficient, and stable IT workplace for internal customers, working with business stakeholders, IT and external Service Providers to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for one or multiple roles below: IT Infrastructure related project management, architecture design x86 Linux/Windows server, scale-out storage operation and management, Network operation and management. Security product (e.g., WAF, Firewall, Proxy, SLB, Anti-virus) and patch management. Windows client management and services. Database Administrator.
2. Continuous improvement tasks for operation excellence.
3. IT new technology survey and adoption for productivity improvement.


Qualifications and Education:

1. Bachelor's degree or above and major in Computer Science, Information engineering, automation or electrical engineering or similar technical fields with equivalent practical experience.
2. Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Industry certifications, such as VMware, RHCE, or Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE) are desired.

Must have experience:

1. 1-2 years IT work/ Internship experience in IT area.

Experience in at least one field listed below is preferred:

1. Linux system management.
2. Windows platform management.
3. Azure AD, and FQDN AD management.
4. Relational database (DB2, Oracle, MSSQL) administration.
5. SAN storage management.
6. BigData management and operation.

Language Skills: Fluent in German, and one of Mandarin/English.

Professional Skills:

Linux system management Windows platform management.
Azure AD, and FQDN AD management.
Relational database (DB2, Oracle, MSSQL) administration.
SAN storage management.
BigData management and operation.
Industry certifications, such as VMware, RHCE, or Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE).

Personal Attributes:

A can-do attitude with mature, stable, and open-minded mindset to complete job tasks.
Customer service oriented with teamwork spirit.
Sound organizational skills and ability to prioritize and deliver assignments in a timely manner often under severe time pressure

Training/Onboarding: 1 month in Taiwan.

Location: Dresden, Germany.
