Job Description

  1. 建置集團全品牌完整會員忠誠度計畫
  2. 掌握會員消費行為模式,參考大數據追蹤活動成效/診斷成功關鍵/精準接觸,促進顧客與品牌的互動和黏著度
  3. 以消費者的數位軌跡建構集團品牌CRM系統與會員機制、活動損益
  4. 制定短/中/長期活動規劃與執行,以達成不同階段任務目標
  5. 會員資料庫與系統維護運用
  6. 整合線上線下會員體驗與活動規劃、分析
  7. 競品資料分析與發現機會點
  8. 跨部門有效溝通與教育訓練
  9. Team Member發展與目標管理

Requirements

  1. 5年以上CRM管理經驗
  2. 擅長會員數據彙整、比較、關聯、分析
  3. 擅長市場資料蒐舉分析
  4. 具備良好溝通協調能力 樂於團隊合作亦可獨立作業
  5. 對工作積極負責,並願意接受挑戰

TTFB Group has been established for more than 30 years.
