We are TTFB, We need you!!!

[工作內容 :]

1. 依據公司發展需求,規劃策略招募專案,關鍵職位招募任用。(非門店外場人員招募)

2. 持需優化雇主品牌形象、各項招募數據統計分析。

3. 開發並經營多元招募管道。

4. 其他主管交辦事項

1. 具Hunter經驗尤佳

2. 具備規畫及問題分析能力

3. 邏輯表達,溝通協調力強


[Work contents:]

1. According to the company's development needs, plan strategic recruitment projects and recruit and appoint key positions. (Non-store out-of-field staff recruitments)

2. Hold the need to optimize the employer brand image and statistical analysis of various recruitment data.

3. Develop and operate multiple recruitment channels.

4. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor/vp.

2. Ability to plan and analyze problems

3. Logical expression, strong communication, and coordination
