We are seeking a creative professional to develop visual communications to upscale brand images and deliver brand, product & solution awareness to our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate innovative ideas, develop creative concepts, and provide design direction and strategy
2. Manage global design calendar and deliver culture design materials, share project status updates according to the expectations
3. Handle the day-to-day management of internal alignment and external vendor relationships for O2O assets creation of all global launches & promotional programs
4. Propose creative ideas to enrich the experience from a visual perspective, in line with HQ guidelines and concepts and collaboration with marketing and other function teams
5. Manage external design agency and contribute to the ideation & creation of logos, icons, and graphics that meet the needs of a design brief
6. Utilize typography, photography, iconography, and other elements to create cohesive visuals across a variety of design assets in accordance with brand standards
7. Monitor and keep track of WW design projects within a project management system
8. Co-construct the budget based on the market action plan, monitor spending, alert on necessary revisions, and propose a relevant change or new opportunities
