Job Description

Responsibilities

1. In charge of HR-related issues applying with business needs, including talent acquisition, consultation services to management and employees, performance appraisal review and processing, HR policy application.

2.Able to proceed with organizational development, workforce planning, and talent development activity to achieve BU's strategy.

3. Responsible for HR system maintenance, produce HR related reports and KPI analysis

Requirements

Experience and Competencies
1. Passion to people, and is cautious and sensitive to people, willing to take the challenge, thinking critically and with logic.
2. With more than five years, related experience in the Global industry will be a plus.
3. Proper working planning and problem-solving capability, quick to find the solution.
