Responsibilities:
•End-to-end regression testing of the application stack and ancillary APIs
•System defect documentation and tracking
•Add and maintain regression and project test cases
•Update and maintain QA documentation and knowledge base
•Execute and maintain project test plans to ensure projects meet all requirements and quality standards
•Investigate and recommend fixes for failing automated tests
•Triage customer issues as require
•Plan and implement work under the guidance of a tech lead or mentor
•Work closely with the development manager to meet assigned goals
•Employ effective communication across global organization
•Participate in company and technical training

Required Experience and Skills:
•Experience with software QA testing
•Experience with defect tracking systems and procedures
•Effective communication skills
•High standard of quality and focus on customer satisfaction

Knowledge of various software testing methods (Regression, Load/Stress, Code Coverage Analysis, Black/White box testing, Acceptance, Performance)
•Experience in building, executing and maintaining automated tests and environments
•Experience in using common testing design patterns and practices
•Understanding of common best practices in full life cycle of software development activities
