Vibe was founded in 2016 by former Microsoft developers looking for a better way to collaborate globally. 

Even with video conferencing, productivity and workflow apps, and a commitment to a distributed team, we found it very difficult to accomplish the same results when everyone was in the same room. There had to be a better way to collaborate in a hybrid remote environment. So we built Vibe.

Vibe Taiwan team is looking for UX designers and PMs.

About The Job

As a Product Designer, key member of Vibe’s product design team, you’ll rely on user-centered design methods to craft user experiences—from concept to execution. You’ll collaborate with your design partners to leverage and evolve the same design language to build innovative and inspired products that people love to use.

To be successful in this role, you should have an eye for color and shape and be able to translate requirements into practical product features.

Responsibilities

• Create design concepts determine the best product experience
• Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming
• Suggest improvements to design and performance to development team
• Employ design concepts into functional prototypes
• Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
• Coordinate with designers to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations

About You

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a Product Design position
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, UCD, Industrial Design or another related field
• Systems-thinker with the ability to think beyond the pixels and design for scalability
• Ability to ideate products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design process
• Self-motivated designer with ability to work independently and remotely
• Passionate about crafting structure in an unstructured environment
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellence verbal and written communication skills in English
