• Support the team regarding technical issue in pre-sales and after sales stages in Taiwan Market
• Provide consultant service to customer for product and technical issue inquiry
• Deliver product training to customer in pre and post sales stages
• Must able to join onsite technical support and product presentation if it is necessary
• Always open minded to learn new things

• 客戶技術問題之諮詢、問題驗證及測試結果之回覆
• 支援客戶端產品與人員教育訓練
• 必須可以配合出差行程
• 保持學習新的產品與技術資訊

• Computer Science or MIS background
• Have Microsoft Server Active Directory or G Suite Admin over 3 years of experiences
• Have Policy Server, MSI mass deploy and manage (create MST file) over 3 years of experiences
• Familiar with Network ex: Router, Switch, DNS, WebRTC
•Over 2 years of customer onsite technical supporting experiences in providing customer solutions
• Microsoft Server/Azure related or G Suite Admin Certification is preferred

• 資管, 資訊, 資科大學相關科系
• Microsoft Server Active Directory或是G Suite Admin 管理3+年經驗
• Policy Server, MSI 多台同時安裝與管理 (編輯MST) 有3+年經驗
• 熟悉網路Router, Switch, DNS, WebRTC設定
• 客戶拜訪2+年經驗, 能以客戶的角度來提供產品的解決方案來幫助客戶
• 具備Microsoft Server/Azure類or G Suite Admin Certification認證者佳
